3.1 Webshop software – Shopify

We use Shopify as our webshop platform. Your personal data is shared with Shopify to technically enable our webshop and provide support. Shopify does not use your data for other purposes and applies appropriate security measures.

3.2 Web hosting and email – Hostnet

Our website hosting and email services are provided by Hostnet. Hostnet processes your data exclusively on our behalf and not for its own purposes. Appropriate measures have been taken to prevent loss and misuse of data.

3.3 Payment processing – Mollie

We use Mollie for payment processing. This party receives your name, address, and city (NAW) details and payment data exclusively for processing your payment and securing transactions.

3.4 Shipping and logistics

For the delivery of your order, we only share the necessary data with logistical partners, such as:

  • PostNL
  • DHL
  • Other transport services

These parties only use your data for the purpose of carrying out the delivery.

3.5 Invoicing and accounting – Snelstart.nl

For our financial administration, we use snelstart.nl. Data such as name, address, and city (NAW) details and order data are treated confidentially and stored securely.

3.6 External sales channels

When you order through external sales channels such as Bol.com or Amazon, we receive the necessary data from these parties to process your order.

4. Retention periods

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a legal retention period applies.

In practice, we retain customer data for as long as you are a customer and for a maximum of two years after your last order, unless a legal obligation, such as the fiscal retention obligation for invoices, requires a longer retention period.
