Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After that, you have another 14 days to return your product.

After registering the return, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning your product from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are usually approximately €4.35 per package, depending on the carrier and the size of the package.

Conditions for return

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all delivered accessories.

Products may be opened for inspection, but should not be used.
Products that are used, damaged, or clearly affected by customer use will not be accepted for return.

This also applies to products such as a SpeelVibe teether: for hygienic reasons, it must not have been used before being returned.

Exceptions to return

The following products cannot be returned if they are used, damaged, or no longer salable:

• used items;
• items damaged by customer use;
• hygiene products with a broken seal or that have been used;
• personalized items.

Please note: products that have been opened but not used can in principle be returned, provided they are otherwise in good condition.

Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. If the return is approved, we will refund the due amount via the original payment method.

The amount will be refunded by us within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been received by us in good order.

After our processing, it usually takes another 2 to 3 working days for the amount to appear in your account. This may vary slightly per bank or payment method.
